1Make sure the observer computer is equipped with a webcam.

Please check if you have an integrated webcam or it's correctly plugged if it's an external webcam.

If the webcam is correctly plugged, go to the next step.

2The observer webcam is defective. Please check if it's correctly running by using the native windows camera application (by typing "camera" in research tool in the task bar). You can as well access with Chrome to  https://appr.tc/ and click JOIN.

If the webcam is functionnal, go to the next step.
3The webcam is used by another application.Check if other applications which could use the webcam is not actives, applications like Skype, Messenger.. for example.

If none of thoses applications is running or using the webcam, please go to the next step.
4The solution is confronted to network restrictions.

Companies networks (Ethernet or WiFi) are often synonymous with security policies and network restrictions.

To be sure this is not the case, please check with your IT department if the services and ports used by the solution are authorized.
You can find theses informations on the technical documentation, available here.

Waiting the IT department check the networks, we suggest you to use a LTE/4G connection, you will be able to check if you are still confronted to network restrictions.

If the network authorizations are established or you are using a LTE/4G connection and you are still confronted to a video feed issue, please contact AMA customer support.
