How can I change the servers region in order to communicate with another participant in another geographical area?

In order to communicate with a remote participant you must be connected to the same XpertEye server region.


To change the server region on the Xperteye phone:


  • Go to the Control Panel


  • Then click on Settings -> More -> Server region. 


Make sure the remote participant is connected to the same XpertEye server region.
