How do I return my XpertEye item for repair

1. Before sending your device for repair, a warranty assessment and a diagnosis must be performed by one of our technicians. 

You can contact us by following the information provided in the article available here

2. Once ticket opening and validating it, we will send you by email our return agreement ( Docket & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

This form must be completed, signed and inserted inside the package.

You will stick on the packaging, independently of the labels and other mandatory labels/information depending on the mode of transport chosen.

3. Please package the item carefully to prevent any damage during transport.

4.Don't include accessories except the support technician has mentionned it.



In the section below you will find more information on how to prepare your shipment.

You are about to send us an electronic device. In order to ensure that your return is processed as soon as possible and delivered in good condition, we invite you to respect the following instructions:


Packaging: 


1. Choose a box strong enough and adapted to hold the contents.


2. Select and use proper cushioning materials for package contents




3. Before closing the package, add the RMA docket provided by our support team. Close your package securely with tape. The better your package is closed, the more your products will be protected.



4. Add the necessary information on the same side of the package according to the chosen mode of transport (Shipper, Consignee, Transport label)




Reminder of the necessary documents:

RMA document: It will be provided to you by the support via email or accompanied by replacement glasses. This document is to be inserted in the packaging with the defective product

In attachement, at the bottom of the document you will get the labels (7.4H 120*110mm et UN 3481) you have to stick both of it on your parcel.

Also the document named "Appendix A" has to be insert into your carrier pouch.


Please tick the box "contained in equipment" if the battery is included with the product and fill in the company information.
Do not check the box if you are only returning a battery without its associated hardware.


If you are using UPS or air transport mode, you might have to declare the batteries contained in parcel when creating the shipping label.

Attach the label to a flat surface on one side of the package only. Do not tape the barcode again or some other text information so that it remains clearly readable.
If you do not comply with the packaging rules imposed by the carrier. The latter may refuse to take charge of your package.
