|1||Glasses are not turned ON.||Depending of the brand and the model of glasses, a specific light is available. An animation in the scree of the glasses is shown asking the glasses to be plugged to the dedicated smartphone.|
If the glasses are turned ON, go the next step.
|2||The cables are not correctly plugged or not in the good way.||If needed, you can find the steps to plug the cables in the quickstart. All the quickstart are available here.|
If the cables are well plugged, go to the next steps.
|3||The cables or the ports from the glasses/smartphone are confronted to an hardware issue.||Please check if the cables are not opened or the ports from the smartphone or glasses are not defected.|
If you don't find any specific hardware issue with the ports and the cable, please contact AMA customer support.
