StepsCauses
Solutions
1The network has a weak signal or is unstable

A weak WiFi/LTE-4G signal or an unstable network with high latence may occure a bad video feed quality.
We recommand you to check the strength of the signal, if you have no strength signal issue, please check the stability of the network with this website :  https://www.nperf.com
A latence with at least 300-400 ms could already occure a bad video feed quality.
If the signal and the stability of the network are good, please go the next step.
2The WiFi network is saturated.A high usage by one or many user(s) of a WiFi network may occure a lower network or network disconnections due to a very low bandwith for the solution.
If you have the possibility, cut the applications which may consumme mainly the bandwith, or please test a hotspot network with a smartphone.
If the network is not saturated and you still have video feed issue, please go to the next step.
3The network requirements are not not followed.A WiFi company network is often confronted to network restriction, if the network requirement are not followed, the user could be confronted to bad video/sound feed quality.
We suggest you to read the technical documentation here (private access) and contact your IT department and ask them if the requirements are well followed.

If the network requirement are followed and you are still confronted to a bad video feed quality, please contact the support.
