I cannot see the video feed from the Remote Observer

First, check that the remote observer's computer is equipped with a webcam.  

If multiple cameras are installed on the remote observer's computer, check that the correct device has been selected in the browser.  

Check that the remote observer is using the most recent version of the Google Chrome browser, and that all ports used by the XpertEye solution have been unlocked by your network administrator.  

Ensure that the remote observer's webcam is not being used by another program (for example, Skype or Messenger.)
