1This problem can occur if you use an Internet access like a Public Wifi or a 3G/4G network in a white area?



Use the smartphone's embedded Chrome browser to visit the website:https://www.amaxperteye.com/

and navigate between several pages to verify whether browsing remains smooth.

If the problem persists, move on to the next step.
2If you are using an enterprise Wifi network, contact your IT department to check that you have all the necessary rights relating to the XpertEye servers.
In many cases, a few firewall/proxy settings must be configured.  

These settings are described in the technical documentation available here (private access).  

If this final check does not fix the problem, contact AMA Customer Support.
