How to report a problem to technical support ?

You can declare all issues occurring during XpertEye solutions use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. 

Your declaration then takes charge of the problem with our technical support technicians.

Zone EMEA et APAC: You can contact our team between 9AM - 12.30AM and 2PM - 6PM (UTC +01:00) from Monday to Thursday and between 9AM - 12.30AM and 2PM - 5.30PM (UTC +01:00) on Friday.

Zone AMA America: You can contact our team on  between 9AM - 12.30PM and 2PM -  5.30PM p.m. (UTC -04:00) from Monday to Friday.


You do not already have an AMA customer support account

If an issue occurs during XpertEye solutions use and you don’t have yet an enabled customer support account, you need to contact us.

Please send us useful information and a problem description as detailed as possible:

Once your email address will be authorized by our customer support team, you will be able to access to your account.

1. Click on Submit a Ticket.

2. Fill the form.

- Your email
- Subject
- Problem description

Please try to describe as accurate as possible your request with an attached file if necessary.

3. Click the Submit button.

The instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you.
