I cannot display the camera's video stream

1Check that XpertEye is allowed to access your webcam and microphone.
Open your Chrome browser settings (to save time, you can copy and paste the following link into your browser's URL bar: chrome://settings/content and check that the XpertEye site is listed in the Camera and Microphone options.

 
If XpertEye website is present but this still does not fix the problem, move on to the next step.

If not present, please read the previous article :
XpertEye is unable to access my camera and/or microphone

2Are you using another video-conferencing application?  

If you are, your webcam and/or microphone must not be used by another application (e.g. Skype) or another video-conferencing system.
If this does not fix the problem, move on to the next step.



3Check that your Chrome profile has not been corrupted, and that no third-party applications are interacting with the current Chrome profile.
As a first step, try using a private browsing window. If this does not solve the issue, open a Guest Chrome profile.

If this does not work, move on to the next step..
4This problem may be caused by security measures implemented on your network, and in your Internet firewall.
Perform the test by opening XpertEye's Settings menu and selecting the Run Diagnostics option and submit the result to the Support team via the contact form available here.
