1There's a problem with the configuration of your RealWear Glasses : 
  • Date & time 
  • Wifi network

Follow the procedure How to generate a QR code for configuring your RealWear glasses Essential version? 

If the problem persists, move on to the next step.
2There's a problem with your Wifi connection with Internet? Are you able to connect another device to this Wifi access point with the same credential ?

If this is unsuccessful, contact AMA Customer Support.
