I cannot access my XpertEye account.

If you are unable to log in to your XpertEye account, check that you entered the user name and password correctly. 


Note that the password and user name are stated in the Quick Start guide supplied with the solution.

Note that the password is case-sensitive.   If you are still unable to log in, fee free to contact Customer Support by email at the address support@xe.live or by telephone on +33 (0)2 55 59 09 22.     


Also feel free to check your Internet connection by opening your web browser and visiting a site to ensure that your Internet connection is not an issue.
