|1||Check that XpertEye is allowed to access your webcam and microphone.||Open your Chrome browser settings (to save time, you can copy and paste the following link into your browser's URL bar: chrome://settings/content and check that the XpertEye site is listed in the Camera and Microphone options.|
If XpertEye website is present but this still does not fix the problem, move on to the next step.

If you are, your webcam and/or microphone must not be used by another application (e.g. Skype) or another video-conferencing system.
|If this does not fix the problem, move on to the next step.|
|3||Check that your Chrome profile has not been corrupted, and that no third-party applications are interacting with the current Chrome profile.||As a first step, try using a private browsing window, article available here. If this does not solve the issue, open a Guest Chrome profile, article available here.|

|4||This problem may be caused by security measures implemented on your network, and in your Internet firewall.||Perform the test by opening XpertEye's Settings menu and selecting the Run Diagnostics option and submit the result to the Support team via the contact form available here.|
