1 | Check that XpertEye is allowed to access your webcam and microphone. | Open your Chrome browser settings (to save time, you can copy and paste the following link into your browser's URL bar: chrome://settings/content and check that the XpertEye site is listed in the Camera and Microphone options. 2 | Are you using another video-conferencing application? If you are, your webcam and/or microphone must not be used by another application (e.g. Skype) or another video-conferencing system. | If this does not fix the problem, move on to the next step. |
3 | Check that your Chrome profile has not been corrupted, and that no third-party applications are interacting with the current Chrome profile. | As a first step, try using a private browsing window, article available here.
