Is it possible to install XpertEye on my RealWear glasses?

In principle, we do not issue any contraindications to carry out this operation.

The installation of XpertEye being specific and protected, each of the glasses will have to be installed by our technical teams in France, the United States or Hong Kong.

Before sending, please provide us with the information below: (Home screen, say About device)

- firmware version 

- serial number

Important : Please note that the XpertEye application behaves on the bezel like all other applications. As such, the application information is easily accessible by the user via the Android settings. This means that the application can be uninstalled or the user can delete the associated data. This type of manipulation may cause one or more malfunctions in our application and will require intervention by our technical teams in France, the United States or Hong Kong. This intervention and the associated transport costs may be invoiced.
