If you need to raise a bug to our support team with your XE aR+ on a smartphone / tablet device, please follow these steps :
1/ Access to the XpertEye MENU
2/Access to the HELP Menu
3/ Tap on Report Bug
4/ On this screen, Tap on CONTINUE
5/Then, select a bug type.
6/ Fullfill the title & Description windows and tap on SEND
NB : Once you will tap on SEND, you will need to configure an email application (TEAMS, GMAIL, etc.)
