How to take a picture with the smartglasses?

You can use the Camera button located on the smartglasses to take a picture.

ODG R7:

Vuzix M300:

Google Glass:

Realwear :

On the right of the glasses, near the power button.

Iristick :

There is no button but a picture can be taken by using the XpertEye app while the Iristick is connected to the smartphone.
