My phone shuts down a few seconds after startup.

1Check that all devices are charged before use?

 
Check that the batteries in the dedicated telephone and glasses are fully charged.  

If the problem persists, move on to the next step.
2If the problem arises when a call is initiated or the board is started, a faulty battery may be the cause.

You can check the condition of your battery in the Android Settings. When fully charged (100%) your mobile should have a battery life longer than 5 hours when XpertEye is not in use.  

If this is not the case, we recommend contacting Customer Support.
