I am unable to make XpertEye calls and I see a Mr Robot message at the same time.

Is your wireless or cell network reception inadequate?  

Check that the cell network (3G/4G logo at the top of the screen) or wireless network is enabled.  

If the problem persists, move on to the next step. 2.
Open your telephone's embedded Chrome browser and access the following site: https://www.nperf.com/
Perform a bandwidth test.  As indicated in our technical documentation, we recommend the following bandwidth criteria:

1 to 1
  • 600kb/s (minimum)
  •  1.6Mb/s (recommended)  
  • 1.2Mb/s (minimum)
  •  3.2Mb/s (recommended)  

If the bandwidth meets the requirements specified in the previous step but the problem persists, we suggest contacting our Customer Service department.If this is unsuccessful, contact AMA Customer Support. This topic explains the appropriate procedure
