Step(s) | Possible cause | Resolution |
1 | Connect the glasses to the main power supply. They should turn on automatically. | The battery level is displayed onscreen upon startup. If this does not fix the problem, move on to next step. |
2 | If nothing is displayed onscreen on your glasses, use the power adapter supplied with the XpertEye kit to plug them into a mains socket for 15 minutes. | Attempt to turn on the glasses again, by connecting them to the dedicated phone or by pressing the On/Off button. If this does not fix the problem, move on to next step. |
