My glasses don't start.

Step(s)Possible cause
Resolution
1Connect the glasses to the main power supply. They should turn on automatically.
The battery level is displayed onscreen upon startup.

If this does not fix the problem, move on to next step.

2If nothing is displayed onscreen on your glasses, use the power adapter supplied with the XpertEye kit to plug them into a mains socket for 15 minutes.
Attempt to turn on the glasses again, by connecting them to the dedicated phone or by pressing the On/Off button.

If this does not fix the problem, move on to next step.
3Refer to the following topics, depending on your brand and model of glasses:

My ODG glasses have stopped responding
My Google glasses have stopped responding
